What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you choose to set them, your subgenre preferences. That’s the only personal information this site asks for.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, pages requested, timestamps) for security and performance. We don’t run advertising trackers.
How your email is used
Your email address is used to send you the newsletter and nothing else. We don’t sell, rent, or share subscriber lists. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Third-party services
Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Beehiiv, which stores subscriber data on our behalf. The site is hosted on Hostinger. Both process data under their own privacy policies.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers (such as Amazon) on this site are or will become affiliate links. If you buy a book through one, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Retailers may set their own cookies when you visit their sites. Affiliate relationships never influence which books we recommend; recommendations are editorial.

This site uses caching and basic functional cookies required to serve pages quickly. We don’t use cookies to track you across other websites.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. If you want your data deleted entirely, email hello@gamelit.com and we’ll remove you from our systems and confirm.
