Gamelit.com is a reference site for Gamelit readers. We cover LitRPG, cultivation, dungeon core, tower climbing, base building, and the rest of the genre’s corners.

Here’s what you’ll find:

Subgenre guides that explain what each subgenre actually is, how it differs from its neighbors, and where to start reading. Written for people who read fantasy but haven’t gone down this particular rabbit hole yet.

A series database with the details readers actually search for: reading order, completion status, book counts, audiobook availability, and what kind of progression a series offers. Series statuses change constantly, and stale information is worse than none, so we maintain these entries rather than publishing and forgetting them.

“Books Like” pages for the genre’s most-read series. Every recommendation explains why it’s a match and what’s different, because “people also liked” lists without reasoning aren’t recommendations.

A maintained completed series list, because “is it finished?” is the first question half this community asks before starting anything.

The site is run by a longtime genre reader. Recommendations reflect actual reading, and entries get corrected when readers point out errors. If you spot something wrong, tell us. Corrections make the site better for everyone.

Down the road, gamelit.com will add curated deal alerts for free and discounted books in the genre. The newsletter is the best way to hear about that when it happens, and in the meantime it brings recommendations, new releases, and genre news to your inbox.
