Tree of Aeons by Spaizzzer

About the Series

Matt is reincarnated as a tree in a fantasy world where summoned heroes fight an endless demon incursion. He is an overpowered tree, and the people around him come to call him TreeTree and later Aeon. He cannot walk or swing a sword, so he works through others. He grows a forest, protects a nearby village, and guides young heroes, and over eight books he builds an Order that carries the war into the demons’ own worlds.

Progression runs on LitRPG skills and levels combined with physical growth that plays out over centuries. Matt’s limits as a tree shape every decision: he acts by cultivating land, forming alliances, and directing the people of his Order. The scope widens with each book. The early volumes cover village defense, kingdom politics, and a demonic winter. The middle books send Aeon across the void sea to other realms, a demonic comet arrives in book six, and book eight takes the fight to the inner demonic worlds and ends the series.

This series suits readers who like non-human protagonists, base building, and strategy on a large scale, and who want a finished story to read start to end. The tradeoff is pace. The early volumes are patient, Matt rarely fights up close, and the payoffs build over several books. Readers who want fast personal leveling and frequent duels will find the first books slow. The story began as a web serial on Royal Road and ScribbleHub.
